Had some worries that this would not produce an espresso shot that equally compares to a coffee shop. But it does.
Top Notch, Hand-Pumped Espresso - Simply Divine
This little machine has put the joy back into espresso making for me. It's simple to use and makes faultless espresso everytime. The nicest thing is you can control the water temp, tamp and pump. So, each coffee has a little bit of individuality about it. I'm not a barista, but this machine makes me feel like one. People at work love getting together and making a brew. It's become a bit of a focal point! I guess people love toys, especially ones that make amazing coffee. I can use it when I'm out on photo assignments just as easily, so when's there's downtime, I can whip up and brew and recharge. Need more capacity though! So, will be ordering the barista kit in due course. Thanks Wacaco, I really love this product!
It s hard work (if you have to pump for two cups of coffee in once) but de coffee is great! We use it on our (sailing)boat. Even at sea you can make very very good espresso, ( and cappuccino, latte, etc)
